Rangaire Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
• We want you to love your new Rangaire appliance. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility:
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery under our satisfaction guarantee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
• To start a return, please email us at service@rangaire.com with your order number in the subject line.
• We will require the product model and serial number to initiate the return.
Product Condition:
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and uninstalled. For larger appliances, please retain the pallet, as it is necessary for the return.
• Products that have been used, installed, or are missing their original packaging (including the pallet) cannot be returned unless they are being returned under the satisfaction guarantee and meet our conditions.
Photos Required:
• To process your return, we may request photos of the item(s) you wish to return. If photos are not provided, we may be unable to approve your return.
Restocking Fee:
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless they fall under the satisfaction guarantee.
Return Shipping Costs:
• Rangaire is not responsible for any costs related to re-packaging the item or preparing it for courier pickup.
• If return shipping costs are too high, Rangaire reserves the right to refund or replace a defective or damaged product without receiving the returned unit back to our warehouse.
• In some cases, removal or disposal of the damaged or defective appliance may be at the cost of the customer.
Delivery Attempts:
• Our shipping service includes one (1) delivery attempt.
• If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, the item may be returned to us, and a restocking fee may be applied.
Damaged Products:
• If your product arrives damaged, please email us at service@rangaire.com within 24 hours, including your order number and photos of the damage. We require these photos to assist you.
• Damage reports must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
• Damaged appliances can only be exchanged or repaired if they have not been installed.
• Upon receiving your delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please note “Package Damaged” on the delivery receipt. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us immediately so we can expect the return shipment. Once the package is returned, we will promptly send you a replacement.
• If you’ve accepted the package and later notice any missing or damaged parts, please contact us immediately. We will send replacement parts at no charge if notified within 5 business days of receiving your items.
• Rangaire is not responsible for any damage to your home, property, or premises caused by the customer or courier when moving, unpacking, or installing appliances. This includes but is not limited to moving appliances through the home or during installation.
Warranty:
• Once an appliance is installed, it is no longer eligible for return, unless it falls under the satisfaction guarantee.
• If there is an issue with the installed appliance, the product warranty will cover repairs or resolve any issues.
• If the product stops working under the warranty period, Rangaire will repair or replace the product. Please see our Warranty Policy for details.
• If Rangaire is unable to repair a defect, we may replace the product with a new one or issue a refund equal to the purchase price.
Exchanges:
• Due to the complexities of processing returned products, we cannot exchange items.
• If you are within 30 days of receiving your product, we can process it as a return, and you may order the product you prefer.
• The same return policy as listed above will apply.
Refunds:
• Refunds are processed once our warehouse receives, inspects, and restocks the product.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your statement. Restocking fees are non-refundable.
