Very well built cookstove. Very happy with it. I live way out in the country and they had trouble getting it delivered and the company stood right with me, staying in contact. This is the best company I've ever dealt with.
After months of looking for a midrange price 36'' stove, we decided to give this smaller company a try. Customer service always replys to emails and calls. We opted for white glove delivery inside our home, stove came very safely packed, it has a very well build frame. We followed the instructions on prep of burners for cooking. Following day it was used to cook and it was great, oven was used following that at airfryer and regular baking mode it worked perfectly. The knobs are very easy to understand, the oven door it is a bit heavy to pull. For everyday day normal cooking is a great quality stove for its price.
I want to give a review and feedback to anyone that is looking at this 24” Oven Freestanding Stainless Steel RRG241TS. This might get lengthy but for good reasons. I started by purchasing this oven through Walmart for starters so I could get a longer warranty. The oven shipped from Walmart and arrived by FedEx. The oven was delivered within a weeks time. The delivery got to my place at about 7pm and pretty dark out. The packaging from Rangaire is actually very good when I was unpacking it. The issue I discovered was not the fault of Rangaire, most likely Walmart or FedEx, the oven was compacted like it was dropped off a second story building, the top was so out of wack I’m surprised the glass wasn’t broken. I called to contact the warranty company from Walmart, Allstate I believe, impossible to reach a live person, Walmart would not pick up the phone either. I ended up calling Rangaire directly and the Customer Service guy got right back to me, I left a message after hours the night before. I explained the situation, and went above and beyond to remedy the situation, this is what we all want in a company people. They sent a new oven out, I was so thankful and honestly this is a company that is worthy. Their Customer Service is top notch people.
My review of the oven and its performance:
I needed to convert from natural gas to propane. Rangaire does send the propane conversion kit with stove. I’ve never done one but here is what I’ll tell you, each orifice has a designated orifice and my advice to Rangaire, the gas tube in bottom of oven and wires. It was a high level of difficulty because the wires did not allow to move that gas tube to the side to change that particular orifice out, which led to the impossible angle to use a socket or a nut driver without dropping behind the oven wall and into the great abyss. My recommendation is about an extra 1/2 inch of wire, would have made this an easier change out, that took many hours and sweat rolling on the oven door with lots of new cuss words that day, I called it quits and tried with a better attitude on day two and struggled again. Have a tech try that conversion. The rest were pretty easy.
I have used the cook top, and the triple ring burner, I love this oven! I’ve used the oven and convection along with the broiler and again it feels so good to have a real good oven, I changed out my RV oven for a real one and this fits wonderfully with just enough room to get into the RV door. Rangaire should look at making an RV model and propane jets in it already and perhaps a couple small changes for RV owners, nothing cosmetic on the oven except a 12 volt option or lights on the burners. Great product, great packaging, the best customer service for Rangaire! Customer for life, it’s that good. Rangaire can feel free to contact me for additional ideas and feedback.
Love the 24” size range. All the features are fun, but for me a learning curve

Great simple design, just what I've been looking for, didnt want all the extra gesture control and LCD screen range hoods on Amazon and other sites that I could just see not working or breaking! I love the simple control and great quality!
